Returns & Refunds

For “ready to buy” prints, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to request a refund. You can do this by emailing hello@lucydid.co.uk, calling 07736680567, mailing 2 Nelson Court, Welton, Brough, HU15 1PT or filling out the contact form.

For commissioned floral preservation, art, prints with heavy customisation or any other separately quoted work, refunds are unavailable.
